Section 538 of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015, which President Obama signed into law on December 16, 2014. This new law bars the use of U.S. Department of Justice funds to prevent a number of listed states “from implementing their own State laws that authorize the use, distribution, possession, or cultivation of medical marijuana.”

So today the Arab Nations form an Arab National Army. This is in response to Iran being the supporting Nation for the take over of Yemen.
The Yemen bad guys are now close to Saudi Arabia. Several Nations have formed a 40,000 or so ground troop offensive. They claim that current negotiations by their ally the United States with Iran, their enemy, as the grounds to not trust or rely on US support in the fight for Yemen. The Army has the best CAS you can get unlimited....
The Yemen President is out of town but still recognized by these Arab Nations.
Nothing in the Arab world has panned out for this Administration.
ISIS forms, the Arab National Army forms,
Kerry oversight,...He though he mattered.
Obama oversight,...Choke point Treaties.
.....Now the Arabs don`t trust the Administration,....

Anyway all that`s good but when the Arab league that we hold Treaties for shipping lanes with are now declaring Iran as the enemy it will fight first. The US is negotiating right now to enter Iran into the Nuclear Nations.
You do that to me and you can expect all kinds of problems running shipping through choke points.
Buck, to secure American shipping through is a land grab and hold type deal till things get better.
Google how much America relies on shipping those choke points.
Iran now wants to store it`s spent rods with those spiny things.
