Well, goodie for you. Rather than rant that the entire United States of America sucks, why don't you just enlighten us?

Upon what do you base your contention that someone on parole (I'm assuming for a drug related offense?) in Alberta is not subject to a warrantless search? Got a link?

You posted in a panic, and many people gave you what they felt was good advice. If you know for a FACT you were given incorrect advice, please, for the sake of the members of this site, provide the details of your new-found wisdom.

lol i donno about the states but in Toronto Canada ive gotten caught 3 times and ive never got charged each time i have over 1/8 on me.. the most u will get is community service or instead u can make a donation of 200$..

A Buddie of mine got caught with 3 ounces and a scale and he only got charged with possession..

most of the time they will just confiscate it

edit: and if u get charged for possession u wont have a criminal record as long as u do ur community service or take the donation root

I was looking on this mj site in canada by the state or something for this resarch paper to legalise it I was writing and they had a tab that says click here to become a legal grower all bright and popping. They dont got that here lol, not even for us medical folk.

Hey ALBERTA! From one canadian to another, your a Effin loser!

Anyone who told you to get rid of your plants was OBVIOUSLY looking out for your better interest. Could you not have come up with a more constructive way to share the LAWS of Alberta with us? Your Freedom of which you speak has also made you FOOLISH!
