Thats strange, I have noticed that couple.of postings ago that she dont devlop budz yet, but am no expert with this strain..

Also am no expert in scrog, But aint those branches been suppose to be under the screen and the flower sites only above!?

I assume that you vegged for too long? Run out of space?
this is about my 4th scrog & I've yet to get it exactly right especially with Og dominant strains but believe it or not it works out good I spite of its funny looks soon I've got a lot of pruning to do here is this mornings pic of the mkultraXbubblegum out in the sun between my hydro tomatoes I've got a feeling she is gonna be a beast

I've got room for quite a bit of upwards growth I'm wanting to support my main buds & hold them in place I never seem to get things done the exact right way it's gonna be interesting to see how I pull this off

hey stickman good to hear from you & I hope all is well in your neck of the woods the wife's operation was a complete success & recovery is progressing very well gonna do a little camping trip in the next week or so my grow is much improved I think I'm not gonna yield big but I'll get it done & apply the knowledge into the next one as this has been a helluva experience did you finish off the la- con.? I'm still stuck with a bunch of the Diablo from my last grow that didn't bulk up at the rate I smoke it will last awhile
Hey up Herk, pleased to hear the operation was a success and that things are well!
The LA Con is in jars, it smells terrible but hoping a couple of weeks in the jars will sort that out! It's a pathetic yield for a 400w DWC system, its like 5 or 6 ounce!! Which I'm deeply dissapointed with!

my peak heat is about 5:30-pm. when my light is off during the night whin light is on I'm at 60-70 degrees f. heat is not a new issue as my old room was outside with no ac. too this morning things continue to look good just finished a recon for upcoming camping trip life is good & I'm really starting to enjoy my growView attachment 3722015View attachment 3722016 View attachment 3722018
Great photo!! What gun is that Herk?! I'm very much into shooting as well (target), well as much as you can be in the UK! I'm afraid all I can have is .177 air rifle!

that is a .45 Hawken muzzleloader 18th. century replica I have a .22 cal. pellet rifle that I shoot in the backyard too I have a .44 black powder revolver as well its a civil war replica they shoot well just slow to load but there are no laws registering them or the supplies required to shoot them my pellet rifle is a pre-charged pneumatic it is extremely accurate to about 40 meters & beer bottle killing accurate to 90 meters on a calm day never underestimate an air rifle the 177 does as good but is more wind sensitive & has less knock down power as 7.9 grain pellet isn't as heavy as the 22 cal 14.3 grain but when you get these in the neighborhood of 1000 fps.they all have potential over here we have the 25 cal. as well

I'm just trying to get this finished & looking to find that balance of quality & yield in the same strain

Its a beautiful looking gun mate. I've got a Weirauch HW100 which is a PCP as well, its such a lovely gun and so accurate, its .177 and I use it at an indoor shooting range so its perfect for the target shooting. I'm not into killing animals, I have no need to do so! lol the legal limit here is 12 foot pounds, i'm not sure how you work that out into FPS! Also got a Berretta pistol as well which is good fun!

I have a Benjamin discovery & the pump it's an entry level pcp single shot weirach is quality stuff probably requires 3,000 psi to operate been looking at the bsa Buccaneers also marketed by gamo as the coyote its 3,000 psi as well one of the things I like about the discovery is that it operates on 2,000 psi & gives about 20 good shots on a fill its a joy to shoot & there is a lot of hot- rod parts available I haven't tapped into yet image.jpeg over here you can get a pcp. in 177,22,25 cal. as well as 357,45.& 50 cal www.pyramydair.com has a good selection

Thanks mr green I'll get that put in there I see you've got the Spanish growers thread it was a grower in Spain that opened my eyes to the waterfarm he grew r/p skywalker & honestly did in one grow better than I did doing a few grows of it using the same 400w light & the same nutes I figure 2 things made that happen the first being he might be a tad better grower than I the second is he had a waterfarm so after some research & sound advice from a few others here I am I'm pretty excited to get this up to speed later today I'm gonna sit down & give a full account of what I've got going on thanks for that url#
haha sorry on the slow response on this one mate. I just checked your thread out and see this on the first page - Glad you joined the water farm club! Man that Skywalker lasted forever too it was a sad day when that ran out lol Anyway gonna have a read through this..

As soon as the roots get into the bottom resivoir that's when the growth will explode You will also benefit from adding an airstone to the res and drilling some extra holes in the top bucket this helps with keeping the water oxygenated and giveing the roots more access to get down into Rez :peace:
Yep spot on, I drill as much as possible out of the top bucket but not too crazy it can't hold the weight lol I have found airstones to be a bit messy though in my experience. Roots get tangled around them etc causing a few issues. I benefited getting a super silent aquarium air pump which a.) circulates the water like crazy and b.) gives the same sort of oxygenated water as a airstone.

I made a shield to prevent the drip ring from sputtering nutes on my leaves which I think is contributing to my leaf curl as soon as it gets taller this will go away the shield also keeps algae off the exposed hydroton View attachment 3660186
Try cutting a bit of mylar over the pot always having it there, stops water splashing u it stops salt build up on the drip ring and reflects light back up onto the plant underside

The mk- bubblegum continues to improve both plants are now in factory- made waterfarm units so by the end of the week the pink panties should start improving as well I'm getting happier by the day View attachment 3683525View attachment 3683528
What stage are you starting to feed them. I am usually just starting to add nutrients after around 2 or 3 be it a seed or cutting to get the roots solid. Its a bit subjective though... I do praise the ionic liquid silicon on water farms though.

Some of scottyballs balls stuff is in ppm. Which I followed & others are in ec. Which I'm gonna have to learn to convert to ppm. Scottyballs is the reason I bought a waterfarm your advice is appreciated too bad scottyballs hasn't been around in awhile his method has a simplicity to it & it would be nice if he was here to ask advice from
He's cool. I remember seeing his journal and it making me change a couple of things. Mostly the method of watering the plant (topping up with water till it has done a res worth, flushing and changing the res, rather than topping up with nutrients and flushing every 2 or 3 weeks). I don't rate the flora nova though to be honest. Seemed to always battle overfeeding, nute burn way too often with it.. I have had much much better results on the traditional lucas formula or even Plantmagic bloom start to finish when I couldn't get GH where I lived once.

I flipped the light last night I figure I should have bud-nubbins by July 15'th & if my growth continues at the same rate my screen should be more than filled by then I'm getting a nice green color to my growth this ( pinkpanties) strain is not a heavy yielder but I'm hoping to make a respectable showing nonetheless View attachment 3717838
ON the money this now, its cool to see your trial and error with the water farm. Was the same for everyone I think lol

she's starting to get ready to bud the little hairs are crossed I think within a week I should get bud nubs View attachment 3734094
Sorry for all the comments. I just replying to things as I read through the thread. She is looking really good man nice thick stems to hold those buds! Well done and keep it up. Flush as often as possible, less is more with these things :)

Hey in the system its really good to hear from you as getting this off the ground was a learning experience compared to e&f your skywalker grow was there (as it applies to me ) before scottyballs or anyone else & a real eye opener to say the least I made a lot of mistakes but I'm starting to overcome them I'll update by tomorrow as things are progressing pretty good & im in the process of training my canopy to its final configuration

I finally got everything tied down by tomorrow things should be turned back upwards in their final configuration I tied the left yesterday & the right today the bud sites are getting ready to develop almost turned to nubbins she is drinking a gallon of liquid daily even though this is not known to be a yielder I think I'm going to do ok.image.jpeg

image.jpeg image.jpeg PINKPANTIES is getting Bud nubbins she is about 5 days longer than the 21 days I predicted still drinking at least a gallon a day which keeps me on my toes as the waterfarm only holds 2 gallons of nutes gonna feed tonight
