Testing for employment

Can anyone help me out with an issue I am having. I am unemployed trying to find work, and that seems to be a challenge as more and more places are doing a follicle test. Pee, and/or mouth I can get by, however the follicle is worrying me. Does anyone have any "FOR SURE WAY TO PASS"?:weed:
If you know of something please let me know ASAP. I am really trying to get this job and this test is what decides it..
My kids will thank you and so will I. LOL.. But really thanx.. Great to see everybody keepin on!

I seem to recall someone recommending getting a scrip for Marinol. Fill it once (expensive as heck) and taa-daa! You are now allowed to have thc in your pee for the purposes of employment. if that works or not, I have no idea. Good luck!

There is also the option of Dont smoke for a while so you can get a job and support your kids then they will thank you.

which sounds all good and easy, but you dont know me or the situation so please dont judge me and say things like that. If simply stopping was that easy I wouldnt be asking! Dont presume things are as easy as you THINK they are! And for your information, the test has the option of going back seven yrs. so my current situation would have nothing to do with my situation then, however it still effects me now! N I was just beggining to think this was a friendly site!

Thank you very much.. Your help and non-judgmental attitude is greatly appreciated! We need to work together on this stuff and its nice to know some of us in here still feel the way you do.
I will check into the info you have given me, and hopefully will have info to share with others when im done with my research! FYI.. for the pee test.. unless you have lost your rights as a citizen(been arrested, on probation/perl. etc...) it is against the law for anyone, employers included, to stand and watch you while you pee.. A violation of your rights. so all you have to do is find a 2oz. bottle and some clean pee, tape it to your inner thigh, and wha la.. just make sure it is done with plenty of time for bottle and pee to warm up to body temp.. and make sure pee is less than a week old. after a week it begins to break down into amonia...

Pretty sure you're screwed if they're doing a hair test. You can shave your head but then they will pull hair from somewhere else (i.e. arm). I wouldn't buy into the hype of shampoos and shit like that. I don't think it's 7 years that it can go back but more like 7 months.

I've taken 5 or so piss tests in my day over the past 7 years and I can definitely tell you what is worth trying and what is a waste of money. I've used the synthetic urine with the little organic heat packs that you affix to the back of a plastic pouch which has a little hose & a clip that the fluid releases from. Great idea but very unreliable for keeping the temp. within 90-100. I almost failed one b/c the heat was too high at almost 102 but the tech let me slide...eyebrows were raised though so I lucked out on that one. The very last test I had I again used the organic heat pad w/ plastic pouch & synthetic piss and again the damn temp got too high so out the window that job went. The other kit I've used is the urinator which is a pricey little bastard at $150 but it works phenomenally well. It's put together with a plastic pouch & a fabric casing very similar to other synthetic urine kits but this one has a digital thermometer that regulates the temp within 1/2 of a degree +/- 98 via a 9 volt battery. It also has a heavy duty temp strip on the plastic pouch so that you can verify you're within range. I used that one years ago for a good job that required a piss test and worked like charm. I made the mistake of loaning it to a d-bag friend who never returned it so a word of caution should you opt for a urinator kit --- don't ever loan it out without a $150 deposit from your friend in question. I don't have any experience with the additives like urineluck but I've heard they will contaminate the sample & it'll be kicked back for containing adulterants so I wouldn't put my job on the line with that crap. Then there's always the old fashioned way of diluting your piss just short of water intoxication in addition to taking some vitamins to retain color so that way the piss sample will have virtually no toxins in it to produce a positive sample but I don't know if I'd roll the dice with that option for a good job opportunity. Anyhow, if you have the $$, do some reading on the urinator & pony up the cheddar for a guaranteed pass.

From what I've read, you'll still show up dirty for mj on a drug test. Actual mj contains different metabolites than marinol.

They say the hair test goes back 7 years but that isn't right. I've been pregnant for the last 9 months and have not smoked/ingested any weed and just took a hair test for the hell of it(stepdad works for the city and wanted to see if I'd actually pass before he'd let me apply for the job lol) and passed, haven't had a haircut in about a year so I have pretty long hair. In the last seven years I have tried/done quite a few different drugs so with my experience 8 months clean will do the trick. Good luck on getting your job as those are hard to come by these days! =)

I'm not sure if this rule of thumb applies in all states or if they're different in each one but where I lived before you were only liable for the last 90 days on a hair follicle test. How they determine 90 days vs. 6 months, I'm not not sure of...

i am a union worker takin many drug tests.the hair test can go back seven years but most company's only do 30 days depending on what their willing to pay for the drug test ive never found a way to cheat hair folliacle test.tried products that claim they worked me and five friends we all failed.but as for the urine test alot places i have worked want to watch you piss in the cup so synthetic's are not an option for me.there's a product called OMNI cleanser that i have used with 100% success rate on over ten tests must quit 24 to 36 hours prior to test but your clean for ten hours.you must urinate frequently after you drink it after bout five pisses your clean i always go to wal-mart buy a drug test kit and check myself before i go in just to be sure but it's never let me down.im sure there are other products like this but this one has never let me down so it's what i use.hair test ive done 2x with products and they didn't work and i was clean for almost a week once.so now i won't work where there's a hair test.

don't buy the urinator it's a joke seen it doesnt even look real

It's not supposed to look real dude - It's supposed to accurately hold the temp @ 98 degrees unlike the other crappy ones that use organic heat pads. That even goes for the whizzinator. I'm only speaking from personal experience and I've never had a single job require somebody actually watch it go into the cup so you have plenty of privacy in a restroom that you don't need to worry about it "looking real"...that's not really relevant for most job offers. I just needs to be the right temp and that's what the other products can't seem to do well with those damn heat pads.

i have had alot people watch me piss in cups it's getting pretty much mandatory in alot of the places where i work..only way around people watching you piss in cup so people can't piss with some guy watching him is you strip naked turn around spread ass cheeks then they give you cup you go in piss by yourself.i just let em watch im not spreading my cheeks...

I do not have an answer. I myself would never work for anyone that tried that kinda shit. "drug testing" WTF any one that would agree to such an ordeal was meant to be controlled. You guys gotta stop this bowing down shit.

I dont have to work together to know that you need to stop smoking or be prepared to face the consequences like every other thing in life. I havent smoked in 3 weeks due to a interview tomorrow. will they test me tomorrow, no but just in case I dont want to lose a good job because I couldnt stop smoking the chiba for a month. have some will power. and quit using the old cope out, you dont know my situation..thats for losers.

dude i need my job i make an average 42.hr so i cant really just tell the no,i have kids need the insurance like i said there are ways around the drug testing even with them watching

the omni drink works for me everytime
