Temperature

I have set up my grow room in my unfinished basement, and i live in the northern part of the u.s. so it can get kinda cold around this time of year. I was wondering if my grow room is only about 65-68 degrees will it keep my seeds from germinating??

im a noob but use a heat pad or a germination kit. those seeds need to be moist and warm in a dark area. i think 65 would be to cold imho
