Hey, i was wondering if the temp matters that much when growing. I really have no way to adjust the temp if it is necessary can anyone give me some ideas on how to control the temp on the plants

Mr I Can Do That For Half
It actually very important. You want 78-80 max temps unless your using full blown monitored co2 of 1500 ppm then you can go to 90 degrees F.Dont let temps drop below 65 F or that can cause issues also. Watch your humidity keep it around 35-40 % range

Ambient temps are critical, as are root ball and/or resevoir temps.
if you are growing outside there isnt much you can do.
Inside you can exhaust heat over 85 degrees, you should keep the smell in.

I exhaust my lights but not my room, by isolating the lighting system, bringing fresh air from exterior and exhausting it outside (no smells are exhaused this way)

Well you can get a propane lantern or heater those have 2 pluses.You get heat and the burn off is co2 which is very helpful.Run lights during the night for heat and have the off time during the warmer daytime also can help during 12/12
