Hi, I have a FLOWERING box with air cooled 600w,
And an oscillating Fan.
It is really cold now [since winter is starting],
Lights off during night...
OUTSIDE grow box: Temps during night, 16 - 19 degrees celcius.
INSIDE grow box: Usually +1 degree C to outside.
Lights on during day...
OUTSIDE grow box: close to 20 degrees C
INSIDE grow box: 23 - 24
I have got a oil heater, waited for the temps in box to reach 24 with lights on. I turned up the thermo on the heater till it turned on. It moves the boxes temp up to about 27 - 28. Then it switches off, and waits till temps drop to around where i set it eg 24.
But now when it gets night time, the lights go off, and temps outside will drop to say 17 and the inside will vary between 19 and 22.
Now what must i do? Cause if i turn up the heater to heat to 26 during the night, its going to go over 30 in the day with the lights on. And the temp in the grow box is CONSTANTLY FLUCTUATING with the heater going on and off [The fan sucking air through hood is at its lowest speed], eg a fluctuation of 4 - 6 degrees C every 10 - 20 min.
Please advise me as to what we can do to fix this
