Telling the difference in CFL's

Hey im in the beginning of my first grow and im using CFL's, i have a 23w and a 10w. I was gonna go get like 4 more today but what ones should i get? I know 6500k is good for veggying but how do you tell if its a 6500k or what? Will 4 more 23w cfl's with the 23w and 10w i have now be ok for one plant?

need to know how many plants u r growing. Also the 6500 or 2700k spectrum should be stated on the cfl box (package)

1 plant,maybe 2 but prolly only one, the second one isnt looking so good.
