Teetering on the edge

Have you ever smoked weed that had you feeling like you were teetering on the edge of being super high?

I bought this weed and it really has me feeling like I'm about to get really high but it never comes. No matter how much of the weed I smoke.

Any thoughts/experience

i never have that problem though
