Technique: Potting plants on to larger pot.

My first how to post. I always put some perlite on the bottom of every pot. Keeps the roots healthy.

Start to fill the pot with soil. Then add a cup and fill around it. I always tap the the pot on the table to settle the soil.
Then take out empty cup. Leaving a perfect hole for a piston sized fit. You can do this with any container large or small, round or square.

It is a better method than trying to hold the rootball with one hand and fill in around it with other.

I just hold my plant stem, lol. I also use pure coco. This is a proven method tho. Green Gene does it this way, as well as that weird Peter something or other guy.

No way that's all wrong ...you're wrong what a bunch of bullshit .....


Just kidding had to pretend to be that guy for at least a second ......that's the exact method I use as well ......it doesn't make the back feel any better after doing tons of em at once .....but I find the piston fit you call it ......a very good successful way to transplant .......my exact technique .....great example
