I am curious should i soak my rockwool in thrive alive b-1green if I'm starting from a seedling? I have the recipe for success kit but it says for cuttings.I'm guessing cloning. Or Should I just soak it in r/o Water with no supplements?

Be sure to soak your rockwool for a full 24 hours in a B-1 Red solution (12.5ml/gal). Also make sure the pH is around 5.5. This is a sure way to rid the rockwool of the excess lime that is a result of manufacturing.
