Rastas use "Baldhead" to refer to any authority figure who keeps their hair short. Police are often reffered to as "baldheads" in Jamaica.

Well, give them a chance to weigh in, they have not had a chance to see the video yet. I feel confident that they will condemn this assault in the strongest possible terms.
