Teach me how to top a plant.

This is my second attempt first went ok, better than expected. I want to experiment with topping, i understand the concept but want to know how, when, and where.

i top my plants when they are about 8-12 inches tall..... all you do is follow the stem all the way up the plant till you get to the top.... and cut the top off lol its pretty easy...

You simply pinch off the growth tip and wait for the magic
