This is my first run using my own homemade tea recipie. My question is do I still need to stop using the tea the last 2 weeks and flush??

You don't really need to "flush" when growing organically.

Also, are you using a compost tea? If so, there's no real benefit to using one this late in flower.

My aerated compost teas consist of castings, humic acid, kelp meal, alfalfa meal, and molasses. My goal is to multiply the microorganisms in my castings which in turn multiplies them in my soil when applied as a drench. You have more goodies in there, so I suppose there is some nutritional benefit to what you're doing.

I'd say you're fine using that.
