A patient was prescribed refined CBD extraction (iso or ethanol) and found the taste / texture unpalatable. This patient cannot swallow capsules .

Could the extract be heated, added to coconut oil, then used to make gummies or hard candy ?

Just make a tincture from coconut oil and bho extract. It won't seperate like etoh or iso (in my exp). My tek is 1g bho to 20ml of coconut oil. Decarb the bho (293* 9 mins works for me). 1 or 2 ml doses under the to urge and done. I also flavor my tinctures for those who don't like the coconut oil or bho taste. Be warned, 1 drop of flavoring goes a LOOOOOONG way. Don't overpower the tincture, then it tastes worse that the coconut oil/bho mixture.
