taste of hallucinogens

Rate your psychedelic experience by the disgustingness of the taste. Most psychedelics taste terrible (LSD is an exception if it tastes terrible it ain't LSD)
So... 10 being tastes absolutely putrid (kinda wondering where mescaline fits in as I have no experience).

My list:
1. LSD. Doesn't have much of anything of than a zingy electric feel, and usually only then at 1000 mics or more.
2cn. At 85 mg it just felt like I had a mouthful of dry. So it must not have much of a flavor.
N2o. Didn't really have a flavor other than

2. 2cp, 2cd. Both of these made my tongue a bit tingly numb, but I was able to register a bitter taste before it went completely numb/sensation less.
B. Caapi. It was kind of mild, but incredibly easy for me to eat it. The tea tasted alright too for no sugar or lemon.

3. Mushrooms. I looooooooove the taste of mushrooms. I'd rate it a 1, except it obviously has a taste to it, used to be kind of not ok, now I like it, especially with eating a half ounce, how it gets stuck to your teeth, yummy!

4. 4aco det, 5meo dipt, 4ho dipt, dipt, 2ce. We are nearing the end of the low numbers... These guys are all ok but kinda bitter. But not ugh what the wtf did I put in my mouth bitter.

5. Morning glories. I can chew up 1000 and eat that shit, but that's gross man. Kinda bitter, sticks to my teeth and won't go away, seems to linger for hours, every time I burp I taste them again...

6. 2ci. This was a bit worse than the rest, still not the most bitter gross thing I've tasted.

7. 4 aco DMT. 200 mg of that stuff in my mouth and no chaser? Oh my god. 100 mg? I'm drinking a whole soda or just anything to get rid of that taste.

8. Syrian rue. I tried to choke down 3.5 grams of them after brewing them in a tea. I had to stop at 2 grams. No mas no me gusta mas! So bitter, I almost choked but did not.

9. Dimethyltriptamine. You ever accidentally overheated the bowl and got that oil in your mouth where it won't come off but its hot as fuck and tastes exactly like melted disgusting grossness? And then of course the flavor won't go away for a long. Long. Long time.

10. Allylescaline, proscaline. These two mescaline analogues stuck in your mouth, your throat, even your stomach is gonna say
"I don't like it" and its gonna stay that way... For HOURS

I am on board with the taste of shrooms. Love it. Not when I first got into it but I guess it grows on you.

I just hit DMT for the first time last night. Smelled like flowers. The taste... I remember it being unpleasant but before I could put my finger on it I was ripped from reality, I didnt even get to exhale.

1. Cannabis [ THC / CBD ] ~ If the phenotypes are healthy and grown correctly. You know what Im talkin about.
2. n,n-DMT [ free base smoke ] ~ some people hate the taste, some people love it
3. LSD ~ Has no taste but that feeling You describe above @mikek420 , very pleasant
4. Opium ~ Not black tar heroin but still not good for You to consume. Taste and smells amazing though. Very earthy.
5. Ketamine [ preset only, other types of K stink ] ~ Have You smelled pure ketamine ? It sometimes smells like flowers
6. Mushrooms ~ Brown rice flower substrates, tastes awesome. Grown on cow shit, tastes...different. Texture BLEH
7. DXM [ cough syrup ] ~ tastes alright but defintely unattractive to the taste... hmmmm... wonder why.
8. Salvia Divinorum ~ Taste like plant matter smoke, kind of zingy and whacky flavor, slightly pleasant , or not.
9. Syrian Rue ~ The texture is what is horrid. Tastes like plant matter and earth.
10. Tobacco ~ Cigarettes kill all of Your money.
11. Alcohol ~ So does this shit but a good beer is a good beer. Also Mimosas are AWESOME !!!! BUT THATS THE OJ
12. MDMA ~ Bitter, gross, sour, pure chemical taste. Not a fun one to taste. lol
13. MDA ~ the saffron oil + the chemical trans, nautre musk is like licking mother natures old, dusty vagina
14. Ecstasy ~ very similar to mdma and mda. Texture of MDA and taste like MDMA
15. MXE ~ fake ketamine, this smells like chemical shit. literally if chemicals could fart, it would smell like this
16. Black Tar Heroin ~ Smells like burning oil or rubber. It literally smells like tar. There is a reason it smells so horrid.

Wow that's interesting you like DMT smell/taste. I'm talking like the taste you get on your tongue. You nailed it on some of those descriptions, I could just see me walking a line up of those drugs and sampling!

Allylescaline and proscaline taste gross. Super chemical. Super bitter. And the taste doesn't linger, it grows! It'll travel down your throat till its all you taste. I drank 2 full drinks trying to kill the taste, 3 hours later, no soda and still a bad taste.

Field shrooms make me gag. DMT if smoked correctly isn't bad but I hate the smell. Stinks up my room and cloths. Also ruins pipes for any other use then DMT. Once a DMT pipe always a deemer pipe

are we talking the chems themselves?

for example cannabis shrooms opium morning glory etc etc have a strong flavor thats not necessarily indicative of the primary psychoactive constituents

Some of them taste so disgusting, mescaline has been rated a 10 (or 11 on a 10 point scale) I'm kinda wondering how ancient man decided to try it, and after getting sick or disgusted with the taste, how did he convince other people to try it? Why are some of these so gross, and yet some of us like the taste, or look forward to it. Some awesome discussions going on. Love the lists.

I haven't tasted coke in 20 years and I won't again unless I could chew on fresh leaf alkaloids. I have allergy and sinus issues among other concerns, mainly, an addictive personality.

it only ever made my throat go numb and i think my face one time, the drip is very bitter and might make you puke when your not used to it but you really like the taste after a while

i don't find it addictive at all but i said the same thing about weed when i first started doing it lol, now i practically get strung out if i don't get any

Wondering in the desert and thirsty as fuck you see a peyote so you eat some trip the fuck out grabs a bunch goes back to the tribe and says "you got to try this shit!! It tastes like shit but damn!" Then they all try it and loved it.

Weed tastes the best, shrooms are decent, coke kind of diesel like but kind of alright, ecstasy tastes like shit, pills taste like shit, heroin is kind of gross but you only need a little line.

Beer sucks but I make some good mixed drinks.

Coke shouldn't taste like diesel bro. I know it's refined with diesel but there should be no taste of it.
