Target EC in a Perpetual Garden

I run a perpetual system that can handle anything up to a 10 week strain.
Flood and drain using 1 Gal pots of straight perlite.
14 Clones with 1 week of Veg Every 2 weeks

Table 1 is a 4x4 that runs weeks 1-4 under 1K hps
Table 2 is a 4x4 that runs weeks 5-8 under 1K hps
Table 3 is a 2x4 that runs weeks 9-10 under 600w hps
Table 4 is a 4x6 that holds my mums and vegging plants running 24/0 under 14 4' T5's

What EC do you all suggest?
It seems to me that in weeks 1-4 they need a higher EC out of gate and then it drifts back down.

Any thoughts?

1.2-1.4 for the stretch period up to peak, 0.8-1.0 after plant stops taking up nutes as fast.
