Tangled Roots Question

I have a grow in its 4th wk of flowering in a DWC setup with 4 plants and a couple of them have roots really tangled. They have made a big cluster that is near the surface of the solution, but always covered with solution. Roots and plants are healthy, so I'm just wondering if there are any downside to this condition?

Nope happens all the time. Roots tend to overgrow buckets in dwc.

Yes. It's common. IF you want to keep them separated, you can train the growth with these:
