i'm not moderating this forum
but in my previous vbulletin moderation experiences, there wasn't an ability to read someones private messages... thats deeper in the server away from permissions... hence why they are not messages, and they are private messages..
just to edit what they could in their profile, set permissions, full access to threads/lock/sticky/delete etc.
nothing like any menu for private messages
unless they've changed vbulletin programming since I was last a moderator
