Besides the usual signs of harvest...another deciding factor was this...Browning of some sugar leaves on 2 buds...I don't believe it is rot as they are firm in the flower but...it was time anyway...

Certainly looks like you're in the harvest window. I would agree you seem to have some bud rot but hopefully it will be minor.

Let us know how it turns out.

That is one healthy plant great job! Fairly confident that is not bud rot by the way. Happy day!

Dan,

Thanks for the reply and the thought! I got it all harvested and hung! No rot! All good bud! Lots of popcorn/hash bud!

Cheers

Alright...That was a long harvest! I did a semi wet trim...just took the fan leaves and any leaf with a visible stem and then short trimmed the sugar leaves!

Colas and Popcorn/hash buds...

Alright! 6 days later, flowers felt tight, crunchy on the outside and also still squishy! Stems bent and cracked tho they did not *snap*!

9.9 oz's curing in 7, 1 quart mason jars at a 63% Rh in the jars....12 hrs in the jar open them for an hour or so and seal em back up for 12 hrs...rinse and repeat!

Just took down my Black Cherry Soda cut, trimmed and hung...looks to be about the same yield too...

Still waiting on my Agent Orange...Believe it or not she likely has 4 weeks left!

Cheers

Congrats! I've pulled the tops off two of mine so far.

Look into hang dryin on those metal cages people use to put around cannabis, the bigger ass 2x4 chicken wire type cages.

I did it on those drying racks last year and didn't like how it got so flat from it, went with the cages this year and had so much more available space to hang from.

Right...actually the round drying rack worked well...tho I only use it for popcorn and some bigger flowers that aren't on the stem...I did not experience any deformation of the bigger flowers...tho I would move them around daily...

The full.size colas were and will be hung on the makeshift towel drying rack I have...

I have seen those wire racks but I actually dry in my residence and the towel rack strung with Jute twine works well for hanging the colas

Cheers
