they need something some form of nutrition i think they are asking for it also if they arent getting a good amount of light transplant but make sure that u cut soil in a big circle
huge then u shouldnt get a shock because at that stage of weakness it would be quite bad

Need some CalMg and some end all for that. Water once every 4th day should be all good. When in doubt flush and reintroduce nutes at 1/2 strength every other watering

so yah
but ur soil does look dry anmd in need of a bit of water and maybe u should give foliar feeding a shot it should give u ur precious leaves back
