Think I managed to push the right buttons, time will tell.

I reckon I like it unmoderated so no worries bout hurting my feeling,I sure aint worried bout yers.
I don't claim to be the best, the smartest, the most knowledgeable, the most gifted or purty.
I do claim to be lazy, picky, obsessive, crabby,an asshole, driven, loving, generous and the producer of world class buds in a cost effective and productive manner.........I also make some excellent knives.
I do it in the dirt,I am opinionated bout dirt.
I've done it in the dirt since I was a kid, prolly end up in it when I die..........werks for me.
I often do organic but due to a move this years been a peters grow, easy consistent results for damn cheap.
So prolly some pics of the general setup,I'll get around to the genetics and day to day shit in another post/entry..................whatever.
Entire veg/cuts area is 1 42 wattcfl and 2 4' twin bulb shoplights/t8's the 32 watters in daylight.
They feed a perp grow in two 4x4x7 tents with 1000hps,both tents run off the same ballast so one ballast 2 flower tents.I use eco inlines,a 440 on a tee for the tents and a 170 for direct cooling on the ballast.
Not saying it's the best just saying how I'm riding out now,now stfu and show some pics.

The process goes 8 at a time in each tent,4 in each tent are half done when the next 4 go in.........half and half roughly.
I usually use 3 gal pots sometimes 2,plants get watered as needed, meaning the soils contracted from the sides of the pots but before any wilting occurs.
Wilt is a sign of stress, don't care what anybody says to contradict that belief either.
Take cuts timed to have the growth I want when the finished plants come out, cuts are vegged in 1 gal pots.
My watering jug is 1/3 gal so plants in flower get 1/3 gal water with 1/2 teaspoon of peters 10-10-10 roughly every other day in practice.
I mix the nutes at the same ratio for veg, just takes less water less often..........as needed.
This setup with mixed strains that I choose for potency and flavor cuz I really don't give a shit about yield at all.
Filled 19 quart jars, trimmed tight totally dry and well packed this month allready, have quite a few to fill before the months over.........you can too,it doesn't have to be expensive, confusing, complicated or all that labor intensive.
I know I know, just relax and as time goes by I believe the pics will speak for themselves.

5 days later and pretty much done harvesting this month, looks like 26 32 oz mason jars.
The veg area showing 5 days growth.
The tents with the hps off so some green actually shows.

Awesome set up my friend... Inspiring.

So how long do you veg for?? and only under the 2x4ft 32w'ers?? simple but effective.

However long it takes'em to get all jammed up in the floros.
I don't raise or lower the lights, too much hassle.
Growing weed can be a simple or as complicated as the grower desires.
Do you have any gardening experiance with other plants?

Thats great to hear. I read so much and get so paranoid about 'getting it right'.. Its good to see an awesome setup and so simple and hassle free..

I have no gardening experience.. Got my first 7 bagseed babies on the go now (will keep 4 and pray for ladies), only 2weeks from sprouting and under 4x42w (1500lumens)... Building my twin cab as we speak.. planning to learn from these bagseeds until I get my hands on some decent genetics and all under cfls this time round..

After seeing your setup, I will get my hands on a t8 fixture and use that for vegging 6 at different stages, then flower 3 at a time under 12x 42w cfls or more..In the future i will replace the cfls with a 250w HPS.. all that with a Balanced feed and fresh air should do it judging by your setup..

Do you ph test your water/soil??

You can get a 1000hps and a eco 440 fan cheaply here.

The one piece of advice I wish someone had given me was don't waste the time and money on cfl's and small hids.
I have a 400 and a 600 that have sat unused for years.
Enviromental control, getting the heat out is the biggest thing.Handle that and the rest kinda does itself.
I have never tested my ph in ten years of indoor growing, the ph in soil grown plants changes as a natural course depending on what the plants doing.

unfortunately, I don't have the space for 1000w and heat is going to be a major issue for me during summer.. Thats why I'm planning to flower only 3 at a time max.. Figured 250HPS would do the trick.. my space is only 3ftx1.5ftx6ft.. so not much floor space.. 3 in a line is all i can manage.

So you dont do anything to your soil either?? I have some peat moss soil.. ph 5.5-7.0.. Will that do??

Soils just what holds the roots.
Some soils will kill yer plants best to use one ya know if not test a plant before ya do them all.
I prefer no nutes to heavy nutes when it comes to the dirt.
Listen to me my young friend, the charge for 3 plants that don't yield dick is gonna be the same as the charge for the 1000's worth of plants.
The only diff between the two is that the 1000 will keep you in weed and provide a bit extra for whatever.
He who dares.................................

I hear you and trust me I want more than anything to have a bigger setup but not right now.. On a budget and have limited resources where I live and can't get anything posted to me via the net..
I'm making a big effort to make it stealth and keeping my mouth shut at the same time.. All I need is to cover my personal smoke, not looking to make anything extra. I may learn from my mistakes and end up upgrading in the future though :P

(i'm flattered you called me young)

This is an easy way to do some cuts.First a healthy plant in veg with some good branching, side and top views.
I use an old cutting board,a rusty razor, sharp fine pointed scissors and roottech gel.
You don't need any hormones at all to take cuts successfully but it speeds up the process and the plants are less beat up by the time they root.
How the branch looks removed with nodes attached and stripped off,I just pinch them off be careful not to kink the stem.......kinking is bad.
Stick in gel let sit for 30 seconds or so.
In this case I'm using peat pellets but it'll work in just about anything that will keep the cut from drying out while it's rooting.
Soak the pellets overnight or they'll suck the moisture outta the cuts with bad results.
Poke hole in pellet, stick cut all the way down again careful not to kink the stem.
Form pellet around stem,gently.......then dunk in water to replace what ya squeezed out by forming then put in a dome.I'm using a cake box, they come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes plus ya getta cake.......fucking A.
In this case they're about 12"s under a 42 watt cfl, just leave'em alone they don't like being messed with.
Roots take anywhere from 5 to 15 days depending on plant and temp,I will take some pics and explain how I quick harden them off and pot'em when these root.
Now the donor plant provided 6 cuts and has 4 main branches, ready to be up-potted and flowered tomorrow.

These are the same cuts one grown standard one topped, there's some obvious deductions regards pot-size and topping to be made............seems to me.
Like I said earlier, not that hard anyone can do it.

This is off a st3 X g13 x bsh hack, don't really care for this pheno at all.
Great plant good yield tastes like dirt and blueberries............just not really that special.
These buds have been jarred up for a month now and just aint up to snuff so I reckon I better go get some iso and have at it.
They can't all be keepers and cullings needed in the evolution of all things.

Todays shots things roll on at their own pace I am merely an enabler.
I believe the gardeners role in this is to control the enviroment to allow the plants to reach their potential.Other than that ya can't force'em.............nature don't like being pushed.
Anyhows the veg area and the tents.
