taco leaves with good temps and RH in veg.

my veg tent is giving me issues... its ALWAYS veg for me... my soil plants are bouncing back after feeding them.. but now my issue is in the 4 plants planted in coco..

I have them in 70-30 coco perlite (mother earth)
gaia green dry amend.. plants were looking good growing fast and catching up to the soil plants that were planted weeks ahead.. i had issues that are resolving themselves in the soil (wasn't bottle feeding early enough with happy frog) but like i said now the plants in coco are having issues..

the plants looked good but i read online coco and dry amend is bad so i overwatered the plants in the coco on purpose trying to leech some of that gaia out.. in the middle of my so called flush, my boss called and i had to go into work for a snow storm so i wrapped up alittle sooner.. when i came home the very next morning ONLY the plants in the coco were taco'ing, folded over on themselves and extremely brittle.... what did i do? did i somehow make the gaia more potent? i only mixed up the coco ONCE before planting and like i said the plants were looking fine minus one starting to get some small brown spots i figured it was due to me only using 40ppm water and they needed some cal-mag.. the brown spotting didnt get any worse but the tacoing folding and very dry leaves started.. again this is only on the 4 coco plants the other 6 soil are fine and recovering after a feeding with bottled nutes. i only added the gaia to the coco.. i ran outta soil and nutes and had those laying around and tried keeping my sched on time..

is this just due to the gaia getting stronger? and i needed to flush more? veg for me has been extremely difficult for me latley flowr im NAILING big beautiful caked colas...

75f
35-50 rh
2x4 with hlg 550 v2 super dimmed like 30 inches away.. so def ruling out heat..

i have a feeling i did somthing with the gaia when i really really watered them.. before i was watering with no run off.. i ran about 2 gal thru each 1 gal pot before boss called me.. was this due to a half ass flush? just need some ideas where i can start to fix this.. pots are still SUPER heavy

Also humidity and temp are too low. Shoot for 82 using LED. And try getting your humidity higher.

I suggest that you go down this rabbit hole.

i havnt checked the run off only PH only PPM.. i only mixed gaia into the coco once and the runoff at times was 4000+.. i barley used any half the rec amount also... now the run off is around 400ish

I have grown in some tough conditions and have never seen RH or temp cause plants to look that poor. Honestly my veg RH% is typically really low and it's not a problem at all, the plants look beautiful. I really think your rootzone pH is off.

Your not feeding so the runoff is rinsing out the soil nutes. Runoff is for when you are feeding.

my soil plants are fine i add lime somtimes.. the plants in question are coco and gaia green dry amend thats why i wasnt checking run off.. cause i normaly had none.. the one time i checked the runoff it was super high.. but maybe cause its organics? im not sure.. and normally i do add cal mag.. i wasnt at the start cause i never do and like i said they looked fine SLIGHT signs of showing they needed there cal mag.. all this uglyness happend after i watered them ALOT at one time trying to flush the gaia out i PH the flush water to 5.5-5.7

Also, make sure you allow the soil to dry between watering. We don't want root rot. Overwatering is not about volume, it's about frequency. Failure to allow the medium to dry enough will cause root rot.

6.5 - 6.8 is where I would aim for, you probably crashed the pH.
that high in coco? and yes.. i think it was overwatering that caused this cause they were fine before i tried to flush out the gaia green after reading its not good to use in coco

Are you running coco? Looked like something else. Honestly I have had the best luck running coco at the higher pH. You just have to find out what works for you. If you have several plants try feeding each at a different pH until you find what they like. I have been feeding pure perlite at 6.8 and they love it, I started lower and they hated it. So I have learned that slightly acidic seems to work best for me.
