It works because of political donations. That's how you reward the donors.

And no one is getting a master's while in prison. That's simply bullshit here in the states. The majority of prisons barely have funding for GED programs and very few even have any form of community college credits to be earned.

Now that would be a good thing though, as studies take discipline and would give them skills marketable outside of prison upon release.

This is the joy of privatized prisons. They have to fill the quotas and they will.
Fortunately for them, the pool of existing wastes of sperm deserving of imprisonment grows as fast as the national debt - even exempting pot crimes.

US Centcom Twitter account 'hacked by Islamic State'

US Central Command's Twitter and YouTube accounts have been hacked by a group claiming to back Islamic State.

FBI cyber crimes is overwhelmed and needs like 3 billion of that NSA money. Those guys have been investigating attacks from 1000 different targets for years. Some retards got a plane grounded of a Sony Exec with threats months and months ago long before they were hacked by NK.

They haven't caught many yet.

"Weed is still pricey at the state's pot shops — often in the $23-to-$25-per-gram range. "

Stoners have never been good with economics or math.

Cannabis is a commodity, one which will always be affected by supply and demand. Just like any other crop product. The good thing about cannabis is one could sit on it for when supply is lower such as the spring/early summer. Unless you need money, there is no reason to sell it right there. But at $4 a gram wholesale sounds about right, particularly for outdoor growing.

Not only that even if your legal, surely you can find some shady middleman to unload it at a higher cost for diversion.

And fuck $20 a gram! That's ridiculous and damn right I'd be buying under the table instead of above. Greedy fucking middle men.

If I had none, and wanted some, then in a NYC minute. My guess is that the buzz would be considerably more potent than smoking the twenty.

Not I. Unless I was desperate or in a high cost place like New York City, even then I'd buy bulk to save money.

Grams are for high school kids and people who can't pick up weight. Come to think of it I've never bought less than 3.5.

And likely pocket the roach. :eyesmoke:

Sorry - I should have assumed the need to add 'if only grams were available' in anticipation of your reply.

Well glad you have more money than sense because no way I'm paying $20 a gram. That or you have a problem going without. I'd go without or go back on the hunt. Always someone more than happy to be competitive to sell a sack.

Naw, roaches are stinky. If I'm on the go I'll simply eat it or toss it. At home I do save them as I enjoy rolling generation joints.

Reminds me of a thread in the black briefcase of some guy arguing over selling $20 grams and not selling it for any less. Simply silly. Selling a gram is and has never been worth my time.

I'll bet you'd pay $12, though right? So, you'd do w/o in this scenario because of $8. Man!.....but I hear the economy in MI is not to be counted on, so perhaps pinching pennies is a good idea. :eyesmoke:

Do you smuggle candy and popcorn into the cineplex?

Only theaters I may go to are for independent films/festivals. Last one I went to was a documentary that was a screener based on economics and economic theory. Otherwise I hate theaters and pirate and use Netflix/Amazon for my movie needs. I hate theaters for the most part. Can't get my time or money back if it's a bad film, can't smoke cannabis like I can at home or at friends, have to deal with idiots on their phones.

In a pinch I'd pay $12, but ideally no more than $10. That's if we are talking a single gram.

Frugality is practically a virtue in my family. Doesn't matter how much money I may make, it doesn't mean I won't get a deal, haggle or save if I can. That's what made my family get out of Detroit. That's how relatives of mine have net worth over a million (sadly I'm negative).

Overall Michigan economy is doing better, but compared to the national average of job growth we are lagging.

What up Amos!? Lynch anyone today yet?
I was all set to rip the stripes off a l'il tiger that promised he was gonna come for a visit.

OK....that's not true.....To say I was prepared would be to suggest it was a possibility to actually occur......l'il internet tigers never actually mean any of that bada$$ stuff they type.

Wouldn't you agree, brek-o?

I mean....as long as you're gonna keep chasing me 'round RIU, you may as well try and contribute....something.
