system that produces??

I plan to expand my grow and iv been thinking for a while and i want to have a system set up to were i produce weed every three weeks or so iv thought of some ways but im always open to new ideas please help?????
im growing with soil and the strain is super silver haze usually harvested after 8-10 weeks of flowering. the room is big and there is one closet with 2 doors a his and hers. can someone provide me with a system that works???

You will need to have a good mother that you can take cutting every 3 weeks and veg until your desired growth. So you will have a group of plants every 3 weeks to put in your flower area. So every 3 weeks, you should get a new crop once the first one has matured. You should have 3 seperate lights for flowering the 3 groups of plants.
