Switching out for a Vero29? Help

I have a johnson cob that i want to put a vero29 in.. How would i go about that, and how would i know which one to purchase off digi-key? They have like 5 options for the 3000k. Are they all the same or different wattages?

Would it just simply connect once i was to remove that other cob? I'm just a little confused on a few things.. Hopefully some of you D.I.Y. chime in
