Switching from VEG to FLOWER

Hi everyone. I got a critical plus and a blue dreams ready for flower. Im using fox farm nutes and ff soil in 3 gal pots. They are healthy. Can i just switch them into flower at lets say 6:30pm tonight and keep the lights on till 6:30am. and run my 12/12 like that? and if so when do i switch to tiger bloom? right away? and do I REALLY need to flush them?

you can if you want, some people keep them in the dark for a day before turning them on 12/12

As for the tiger bloom .. i would wait for a week and then go 1/4 strength to see how the plant takes it and move up from there.

Flushing lol well the answer to that is still much discussed , personally i dont , just feed veg for the first week and transition to flower ferts ..

thanks i think ima just put em in tonight and keep it going wuit kind of yield can i get per plant from a 300wcfl? i have a 400w hps but dont want to use it cause of heat issues

lol can't answer that one bro ... depends on a lot of other things ... think a couple of z's per plant ... its about average more or less as far as i know .. as long as you grow without too many problems

ye just flip them to 12/12...and same as flushing is up to you

flushing is really up to u and also depends on what kind of mediuem you are using. i use coco and i always alow min of 10 % run off or more so i dont get salt build ups or lock outs and as far as yield depends on so many factors its not even an question that can be answered its like asking how long before my computer will stop working

Probably nothing to flush at this point, and you still want whatever N is in the FFOF for a few more weeks. I would not flush, and start the Tiger Bloom at week 2 of flower, at 1/4 strength. Tiger Bloom is pretty weak. Try Molasses with your watering too!! Cha-Ching is 9-50-10! Also, if you have a 400w hps, use it and figure out the heat issue. You will, at least, double your yield.

Why flush..too much work, relax smoke a bowl. I just flipped mine to 12/12 after 24 hours lights out. I am using the same soil FFOF and i didnt put in any nutes until last week right before i put them into flower. Tiger bloom the same as the one that you said you have. I used 1/2 of what was recommended on the bottle. I water my plants every 3 to 4 days depending on the condition of the soil. And I am going to put the nutes in ever other watering until later when i decide to go full dose depending on the plants. Ohh right now they are very healthy. Many people will give you recommendations but its you that should have a better feel of your plants. If they are healthy they wont freak out as much if you do a little change and when you see bad changes ease off, besides your using soil it is more forgiving.
Lights lights lights....go 400hps.....heat issues in the winter?...what a small closet? If you cant go 400 then settle for less Herbal Medicine. After flipping the lights check on your girls if you do go 400 hps.....you might have to adjust depending on your plants. There are some charts that you can use as a guideline but its really your plants that you need to please.......wow look at what i learnt on my first grow almost sounding like a pro heheheheheView attachment 2037421

Hook that 400w up and blast them with it along with your Cfl's for a higher yield, I have my 400w hps/mh sunsystem2 up top along with a 100w mh and a 150w hps going at the same time for side lighting just make sure you have a couple fans in there my temps stay under 80 degrees with lights on.

If you are switching nutes you need to flush between ending one and starting another. An easy way to flush without juggling the plants too much is to take an empty 5-gallon bucket into your flower room. I use a screen shelf from the stove on top of the bucket and set the plant on the screen. Let her drip a good 10 minutes before putting her back. Also, no watches in the plant kingdom. Your plan to go 12/12 at 6:30 is right on. BigSteve.
