Looking good! I've never been a fan of 24 hour light, plants need to rest just like we do. I learned how to grow from a book I found 15 years ago it was called, "How To Grow Marijuana Indoors Under Lights." It was an old book too from back in the 70's. One of the things I remember distinctly was that after the seed germinated make a small hole in the dirt with a pencil then place the seed into the hole with the tap root pointing UP. This will make the root curl down forming a knuckle or whatever and this is supposed to give the plant a stronger base. This is how I've always done it so I'm not sure if it makes a difference or not. But when I yank my plants that tap root always has that curl or knuckle they talked about in that old book.

I wish I still had that book there was a lot of good information in there :-(

Keep it up and let us know how they're doing in about a week.
The tap root up tactic also helps the seed and new leaves separate from each other which prevents the common problem of the seed shell being stuck to the leaves and if not removed it kills the seedling. Planting the taproot up is good advice, but i would plant seeds before the root comes out because that little root is super sensitive to almost everything including light and the seedling will die from even the littlest disturbance. Its better to just let them soak in water until they sink then plant them. just my opinion, also i think very young plants like 24/7 light, when they get a little bigger switch them over to 18/6..
