isn't it quoted at 70% turn and 30% never do? Supposedly its in the genetics and not based on temperature. Who knows really though lol
Actually I think it mentions after the chop and during cure color should change, but like you said who really knows lol!

i have been looking for a dark devil grow log!! know i hope i can get to see what this lady is all about im thinking of getting some of these beans thats why nice plant man
Welcome aboard Traxx and thanks! I found 2 other grows of this strain through the search on this site. Its been a while and a lot of smoke since, so sorry I don't remember who they are :eyesmoke: lol. I do remember that neither of them had a color change. As long as its dank I'm happy. I'm gonna pop another soon and it will be strictly outdoors, no cfl help this time, I just want to see what the difference is without them. She's definitely a lot bigger than expected.

Thanks bro. I'm hoping the color shows on her also, just a lil skeptical because of high temps outdoors.
Mine turned a nice purple hue, only problem is when those bud sights start filling out you need to check daily for bud rot with temps getting warmer everyday. Your set up reminds me of me. Afew days on the porch beside the tackle box......later put in the trailer for a little more sun....Looks good!

if you are using an hps the colors might be hard to spot at first but the colors are genetic, no need to lower temps. grown 3 so far and all 3 look the same. about 4ft at finish.

grape candy smell after chop. dont know about other phenos but mine were dark purple like barney coverd in sugar. 5gl pots, 66 days 3 zips dry from one still have the other 2 hanging. the other 2 i let go to day 69

She's strictly outdoors now so lower temps wasn't an option. Good to hear that they all produced colors! I have 2 more left gonna pop them soon.

not all might color. according to SS 80% do, i probably got lucky.
i forgot to mention that i might've got more production out of them but had 3 sour spyders in the same tent that grew about 20 inches taller than the DD, also had to lower both my 600s to 400 so i could plug in the AC- summer time temps too high
