Swapped out AeroGarden For Homemade Aeroponic System

Hey Folks...Just wanted to give everyone an update on my new grow. As many of you read, I first started out vegging in the Aerogarden and noticed the same problem many of you did with the root system just getting massive. After having a hell of a time chaging out the water for the aerogarden because of the massive roots of two plants, I decided I had to build my own Aeroponic System and get a T-5 put in my grow room. So after a month of vegging in the Aerogarden, I built a 4 site aeroponic system fairly cheap. I had a few troubles with leaking around the top of the storage tote, but with the help of some spring clamps and some rubber weather stripping I seem to have kicked that problem in the ass. I've now had the AK-47 going from seed since 8-27 and the Stinky Pinky has been going from seed since 9-07 so a little over a week apart. They both look great though. I was a little worried about how much shock they would go into after transplanting them into the Aeroponic unit, but I must say that they both took it very well. So right now here's what I've got going on. A 4-site aeroponic system built from pvc, some 360 sprayer heads, few feet of PVC, a 200GPH pump. I've got it watering 8 times a day every 3 hours in 15-20 minute intervals right now. I have never done Aeroponics before so if I'm overwatering someone please let me know. I've got a 2' 4 tube T-5 going with a full spectrum of 2 blue and 2 red lights. 50CFM bathroom exhaust fan installed into the side of the cabinet. 18/6 light cycle under the T-5. Temp is staying at 75 degrees, never going above 77. Humidity is a steady 45%. Wanted to list the nutes I"m using as well.

And remember those last two pictures are the root systems after being transplanted into the Aeroponic system this past Monday night. I was really happy the roots took off so fast with little stress to the plants..

looks good, very similar to my set up.

what's the clothes pegs (?) for?

The spring clamps were for holding the lid on nice and tight when I had a small problem with it leaking. After I got the weather stripping on there it seems to be fine. I've just been lazy and didn't take the clamps off yet..
