support button doesn't work

I tried to use it but it says there's a technical problem every time

I just tried it, I typed in the problem box that I was out of weed, and wanted to see if the support button really worked and I got no answer.
Soooooooo,,,,,,,,, I guess you're right. It is broken.
All the answers used up already maybe?

I wish i could make the little black button go away; i hate little floaty buttons that are stuck on every fucking page of a site.

Same here the support button is always blocking the insert inline/done buttons on the image upload page have to resize to be able to access them... and then the button doesn't even work

how is it not working? I tried it just now and it works. your not gonna get a response in a flash second. what where you trying to inquire ? maybe I can help

it would not even let us submit the problem... maybe they fixed it since that was last week

ya it probably got fixed cause as soon as I sent the transmission, I had a message in my e-mail inbox saying that they recieved my message.

Its working fine for me. Using (google chrome).
