super super sticky. need help!

I had 5 girls, all grown from the same seed.4 of which were not doing so well.slow growth, deficiencys, pH problems, gaps in between the nodes,etc... but one of them was doing superb full on growth full on trich development, but somewhere along the line one of them threw nanners and I ended up with seed. I continued to grow as normal since they were already compromised and I didn't want to lose my whole crop and I treated them with a tablespoon of molasses per gallon of water each feeding for the last 3 weeks all the way up until my second to last flush,I waited three days then a final flush of plain water then let them go 4 days with no water and then two and a half days in complete darkness also still no more water.I cut them down about an hour and a half before the lights would have normally gone on and hung all 5 and proceeded to start trimming my first girl.the trimming process was tedious as usual but I didn't make it to my best girl, the one that was doing the great until number 3, I trimmed two of the average ones first. When I got to the girl that was doing awesome she was so heavy and so sticky that all of the fan leaves and sugar leaves curled themselves downward and created a cocoon around the colas.now like I said I hadn't watered them for 4 days before the dark. And then the dark days. all five pots were damn near bone dry.I was having a hell of a time trying to peel the fan leaves and smaller sugar leaves back away from the colas but wasnt having much luck.the first 2 didn't give me this problem and even the 2 other ones that I trimmed after this 1 also didn't give me the problem,it was only this 1!it was the only one of all 5 girls that was so dense and heavy and even when I brush my fingertips or clippers against any of the bud sites I was getting drenched with this amber mollases like substance that reminded me of maple syrup I even took a little bit of it and burned it with a lighter on the tip of my clippers and it smelled like pure hash! how do I treat these nugs or has anybody else ever experienced something like this?I'm afraid of mold but I also don't want to heat dry them for fear of losing half my potency.it was so hard to trim this one plant that I ended up only partially trimming only half of it and leaving the other half still cocooned under fan leaves when I hung it up to dry with the others! I just went about trimming all the rest of my other four and hung them all together spaced apart the way I normally do.can anybody give me some advice on what this is? like I said they were all the same seed all receive the same nutrients all receive the same light and air flow and all receive the same feeding how did this one end up the way I am describing it and is this a good thing or a bad thing andcan anybody give me some feedback on what I should do.
