Are you sure the mold you removed wasn't a "food web" created by the microbe activity?, I never removed any "mold" and the run was exceptional (had to top dress due to 3 gallon pots)

I just remember seeing white fuzz on the top layer after 14 days of cooking, i took all the soil out and mixed it up again and added some glacer rock dust and kelp meal beacuse i couldnt find any when i first made the mix and i also added some more water. Its now 6 weeks and i dont see any signs of the fuzz anymore did i mess it up?

You didn't mess it up. The first fuzz was a good sign and the mixing helps sometime so it should be fine. Moister should be cool/damp...not dry or wet. But honestly it sounds like it is fine. It doesn't have to have fuzz all the way till planting. 6 weeks of cooking is plenty if temps/weather are normal warm. You could check the PH to make sure nothing has gone wrong or sour and that it's correct for planting but it's not likely to be off.

I dont think its too wet when i grab the soil with my hands it feels nice and damp kinda sticks together a bit but def not wet, its been cooking in my closet at room temps the whole time, also how should i check the soil ph? Should i put some soil in a container and run some water through it? I wanna make sure it hasnt gone sour like you said that wouldnt be good!

Your soil sounds like it's fine. Use a cheap soil ph meter but PH was a last case diagnosis. Smell is a good way to tell. Sour smell is bad.

Ill have to double check the smell i dont remeber anything smelling off last time, so a sour smell like sour milk or something trying to think of something it would smell like lol! Should it smell earthy if everything is ok? And one last question the ph should be around 6.5 right? Thanks again

Ya fresh and earthy...kinda hard to explain...you can just smell the fresh/healthiness of it. If it is sour you'll notice.
Ph 6.5 is perfect but anywhere between 6-7 means it is fine and is ready to grow in. You've mixed in all the ingredients and given ample time to cook so you should get some grade A nugs out of that soil...organic baby!
