dude just read your post and i have a couple of things to mention.
you do not have 40 colas up and down your plant, and you do not have extra colas on your lower branches. colas are the bud clusters growing at the end of each stem so you only have as many colas as you do branches, no more no less. why you would put "colas" in quotations is beyond me too.
if youre going to do a side by side comparison of defoliation vs no defoliation on your next run i think people would be very interested in reading that. imho for the most part the increased air circulation you claim as a major benefit doesnt make up for the loss of photosynthesis or stress caused. i fan blowing across your plants is plenty air circulation
leave a little room at the top of your pots to top dress if need be. transplanting this late in the game to add ss is just going to stress your plants unnecessarily.
i still wish you the best though man. just keep at it and remember to try to keep your plants stress levels down some

you cannot accuratly check the ph of soil with home equipment. if your using happy frog and ss then you just know the ph is right because its a soil based mix. the best way to try an test it would be to take a big chunk of soil outta your plant , add a cup or two of good water ....wait 20 or 30 minutes then test the water, but it still wont be accurate. ph (at home) is tested by way of electrical conductivity and all the metal ions get bound up in the soil.

I put 40 colas in quotations cuz I WAS reffering to the tips on my branches. I have around 40 branches all with cola like tips and popcorn to 1/2 g buds going down the branches also. I stopped counting around 120 total buds. I know what the main cola is that's why I put colas in "" cuz I was frefering to the tips. If 1 I wouldn't have been outta town for 15 days during weeks 2-4 of flower

Not worried about a little stunt will just take a little longer. Thanks for all the input! Thanks wyteboi for good words. Also the air circulation was pretty critical cuz of chance of mold in my high humidity. I'm out its almost impossible to navigate this damn site from my phone. I'll post some pics in few days wont let me rt now of course.

And thanks also wyteboi for the trichome compliment I thought they should have had more frosty goodness by time of that pic but that makes me feel better. I swear to God I made a yeast/sugar co2 batch in milk jug and jammed a long ass funnel in it with a small fan rt on top funnel its cool the fan fits perfect and helps pull and blow (LOL) the co2 rt on the buds rt by it. I swear swear that the buds rt in front and under the fan have more frost than the rest and seemed to be getting fatter. Cud be in my head. Read it works and read it don't. Don't hurt to try rt!?? Yo if anybody knows a way to cool my room down without AC or water cooled fan thingies PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!

why in the holy fuck is your rh so high with an hid burning right there ? in 20 years or more i have only had one place that stayed high humidity with an hid light in the room. the light is so hot it drys everything out. i have drenched my girls from daylight to nightime with water an have never seen mold or "burn spots".
is your room real big with just one 400 ? has it rained a whole lot lately?

I'm in Ohio rt by lake Erie humidity gets crazy in July Aug. I started in April humidity was in 30's. Then July rolled around and bam humidity in 70-80's. Plus the room I'm in is in a basement and they are constantly doing laundry in the room directly connected to mine so the only intake air I get is humid ass gas dryer air. No other option at this point. May move to garage in fall and build a
room for it anyway..so that's what up with humidity. And I'm not running the 400 anymore I have a150 on top and a 150 hanging vertical. The
400 got way to hot. Like 95°+. Temps down to mid 80's which sucks ass but better than 90's. RH down
to 50-55 with new dehumidifier but I have to
empty it twice a day. Had no problem with the transplant to 7 gallon and actually the buds seem
to be fattening up and new white hairs keep coming out turning orange then more white so I'm happy could be better but for where I'm at im cool. Plus not adding any nutes till just recently at very
low strength I had to say eff it and add something
for bloom cuz it wasn't doing anything so that's
the deal rt now. Oh and wyteboi yes we had a heat wave in July over a week with temps in 90's a
heat index of 104+ and we get lots of 86° plus days and enough 90° days to piss u off. Last year I think we had over 20 some 90° plus days and this
ain't AZ WIth no humidity we get blasted. So that's
what's up live and learn..and once again I can't post pics from my phone I have a computer but don't like using it.

yea im from the same general area.... an your right , our weather aint hot like AZ .... its way worse! this year was the first time i ever seen high RH in my room. its back down now after dumping a dehumy tank out twice a fuckin day.

I know, wish I could get dryer cooler air in but there's just nowhere to pull it from without tearing apart the house LOL ..thanks for the kind words I've really done a lot to try and make conditions better I got what I got I guess..and I have to change a 25 pint dehuey twice a day also with it set on 55 RH. Ey can I use my dehuey water to water with??

i would "think" the huey water would be a lil better then tap cause a lot of the salts/minerals ect.. get stuck to the insides of your huey. (just like a water heater.... clean all the sess out of it from our shitty tap an it will work like new everytime)
and it will get all the clorine outta the water too , so i would use it.
how about having your intake comin from one of your heat ducts? that would at least pull air from the whole house in, with no added humidity. if all i had was a dryer vent to connect to , then i would just run my intake close to the floor of the room sucking from the rest of the basm. thats what i been doing. that dryer air is just waaaay to humid an hot.

Today is day 58 flowering still no amber trichs. Which is cool cuz I want em to get bigger LOL..we must have misunderstood each other my room is rt next to laundry room so I'm pulling all that hot laundry room heat and humidity in from my intake that is in the doorway on the floor. My grow room is in another room attatched to laundry room. sorta blocked off a section with plywood to the ceiling and left about 20" to squeeze in an out the
room like a doorway with no door. That's where I'm pulling air from which has my dehuey heat and my exhausted heat it is rt on the ground a 6"
inline. I know it sounds complicated just trying my best to give a visual. There's no way to tie into the
ducting, well there is but not if I wanna keep on living( person in house would flip they already
flipping cuz they didn't realize what it takes to do
this rt and they aren't happy with all my equipment etc...). So no I'm not hooked to the dryer exhaust LOL.. on a good note I went in my room this morning and my low temp had hit 79°!

are ALL turning yellow and brown. I really slowed down my watering. even some of the new tips. I have been giving some nutes but at like 1/8 -1/4 strength cud it be nute burn or Ph problem or over

electronic Ph meter sais 7.0 no matter where or when I check it (cepts that one day when it kept saying 4.1 and shit). Cud be cuz my water is usually rt at 7.0 maybe I'll lower it to six let the soil

Ya I think your right about over watering I waited till this morning, hard as it was, to water. Your right I need to relax there's just so much bullshit out there to sort thru it can make your head swim! I only have 1 real plant and a fucked up 12" tall stunted one that I can experiment with so I gotta wait til I grow more to try some more things. And be OK with that. Ohio's soon to be on the mmj list hopefully then I can have some real fun..thanks for always getting back at me

So I'm 68 days in flower..I've stunted her a few times pinching stems and defoliating so I think she's taking a little longer. Still only a few amber trichs. I started flushing, well giving straight water 3 days ago I barely used any nutes but I still wanna do a two week only water cycle. I've had nothing but problems with this grow but I've learned a lot. Was salty as fuck went in my room this morning
and it was 93°!! Wtf! I've had heat issues since June
been able to keep it to 86and under usually but only hit 70°'s once since June. My humidity is good I dropped it down to 40's for the last two weeks while I'm flushing. Battled fungus gnats 2x first time was rt at beg of flower and I got rid of them.
Then ileft on vacation July 5-20th roughly weeks 3-5 of flower. Had it sitting in water with an air stone bubbling the water. Well when I got home the gnats were back and in full effect. I slowed them down with sticky strips and letting my soil dry out
comoletely but I think I got root rot and they were going to town were I cudnt see them..my plant basically stopped growing (I know heat above 85 will pretty much stop growth completely) but I think the gnats had a big role in it also. I use tons of beneficial bacteria and fungus(even had mushrooms grow on soil during veg LOL) but I decided since it was close to finish I would use h2o2(hydrogen peroxide) even tho it will kill my bennies. I watered Treo days ago with this solution and my plants seem to love it. New puffy bunches of white hairs coming out of all the buds. The buds had been getting dry and losing stickiness and smell but after watering with that its starting to get sticky and smelly again. I think it wasn't getting oxygen to roots cuz of previous over watering and the gnats leaving carcases behind and eating my roots. I hope the trichomes don't turn on me in a day or so before I can finish my flush. I want to harvest on the later side anyway for the more "stoned" or couchlock effect as I'm growing for back pain insomnia and anxiety. I just don't want my thc to degrade cuz I left it to long. Also bad news but it hermied about a week ago. Its not forming seeds only false seed pods and balls that end up growing into leaves or swollen looking calaxes. I have one rt next to it that hermied months ago bud never grew one seed just swollen pods that form buds. Its got trichs all over it and I've smoked some at round 7 weeks and I got high. I plan to use that plant and my unusable popcorn buds off my good plant to make oil. Few questions
1. Can I use hygrozyme (an enzyme that eats away decaying organic matter) while I'm flushing? The bottle has NO info on it.
2.should I continue to use molasses during flush. My understanding is that it feeds the bennies in the soil. But if I used peroxide I probably killed most of them and I'm not adding any more bennies and will probably use the h2o2 solution again during flush. Does molasses have other benefits than feeding bennies? I don't want that sugar taste in my buds tho want clean buds.

Some are VERY nice and devoloped and totally worth keeping for the head stash but some aren't formed all the way but have potential to be descent buds especially for oil making. Is there any way to do this dark cycle but then keep the buds down the stems growing longer??
6. I've read several places that people will not water the last few days then put in dark. Then chop the plant at the base and hang it upside down to dry for a week or so that way. Then chop buds off for cure. I'm sure ud have to check the plant daily as smaller buds would dry quicker and need to be jarred sooner. Obviously this way there wud be no way to continue growing the popcorn buds but if this method is a wise one I could sacrifice the fluffy little buds for a better smelling and tasting bud. This is 95% organic grow and I'd like it to reflect that in the aroma and taste.
Any tips on harvesting drying and curing would be appreciated. Trust me I've researched the subject and there's not a lot of info that seems correct to me. I'm looking for a slow dry slow cure. I'll put in the 2 mo it takes into it to have some dankness! I'm sure I'm forgetting something LOL anyone who's read this whole post I appreciate it know it was a long one

when you drop the relative humidity the temps will rise so keep that in the back of your mind.
what have you been feeding you plants? you said you were barely using nutes, but i couldnt find if you ever mentioned what nutes you were using. i thought you were running super soil? if youre growing truly organic there is no need to flush because what would you be flushing out?
its hard to see your pics too well because of the lighting but you might be foxtailing, i dunno hard to see well
why exactly are you using h202 again? youre killing all the microbeasties that are feeding your plant. as for the molasses even if youve killed all the microbes there is debate out there as to whether the plant cant take the carbs right from the sugars so i dont think it would hurt
then with harvest time waiting around for lots of amber trichs for more couchlocky feel will only really wok to an extent. its more about the stain itself and if you let it amber too much youre just degrading your meds. ie if you let a pure sativa amber all the way you still wont get as much couchlock as a pure indica with clear/cloudy trichs
what have you been feeding you plants? you said you were barely using nutes, but i couldnt find if you ever mentioned what nutes you were using. i thought you were running super soil? if youre growing truly organic there is no need to flush because what would you be flushing out?
its hard to see your pics too well because of the lighting but you might be foxtailing, i dunno hard to see well
why exactly are you using h202 again? youre killing all the microbeasties that are feeding your plant. as for the molasses even if youve killed all the microbes there is debate out there as to whether the plant cant take the carbs right from the sugars so i dont think it would hurt
