Super Lemon Haze sativa or indica

If you had both the sativa dominant pheno and the indica pheno and only had room in your mother room for one of the two which would you keep around?

I will probably hang on to both but I wish I didn't have to keep to plants to cover one strain.. I'm really just curious what you experienced SLH growers would keep and why.

lol it depends on your preference? I would go for sati dom because it is a more sativa plant. Going for the indica dom would be like getting a fat free chocolate fudge cake, backwards thinking!

Sativa. Big fan of SLH.

Yeah I like the growth structure of the sativa, but it's harder to clone, not so hard I would get rid of it for that.. the Indica pheno clones and roots quick. I haven't had a chance to smoke them yet, I figured I'd do a couple cycles with them both and either decide to keep both or dump one to make room for something else. I've been leaning twords the sativa just based on how you can train it anyway.

Funny, I was faced with the same dilemma a few months ago... IMO the indica pheno smells better and stays shorter, but is less potent. The sweet lemony smell comes through in the smoke when you exhale, so its rather fun to smoke, but also doesn´t leave you stoned shitless.

The sativa phenos had buds that consisted of huge yellow calyxes, swollen with resin and caked in shiny trichomes...the buds look fluffy at first, but are actually rock solid because of all the resin...the smell could be better though...sickeningly sweet, with no trace of lemon...not my thing, but the high was amazing! I would suggest keeping the sativa pheno...perhaps you could cross it with some tasty strain to improve the smell...

There is. Just had 4 SLH harvested. 2 were straight indica phenos: done in 8 weeks, dense buds, tight nodes. Another one was pretty much 90% sativa: took much longer to finish, dry, and cure, and had much lighter, airier buds. The third pheno was a true 'tweener: took about 10 weeks, was tall, but had dense buds. I'm smoking the most sativa pheno now (the thing is taking for ever to cure/dry completely), and it's wonderful weed, but that 'tweener was my favourite.
