Super Lemon Haze--First Hydro Grow

ok I’ll start by saying this is my first hydro grow but iv done a few soil grows and the main reason for this journal is to give you lot a look so you can keep me on track with good advice and opinions

my chosen strain is green house feminized super lemon haze -it’s my first time with is strain so any info on it would be good :wink:
my setup is
  1. 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m grow tent
  2. 250W BLUE SPECTRUM cfl (for the seedling stage)
  3. 400watt hps (for veg and flower might upgrade too 600watts for flower)
  4. 6"cooltube + 6"carbon filter
  5. 6" carbon filter
  6. ghe aquafarm
  7. budget ppm + ph meter (for now)
  8. basic oscillating fan
right I think that’s it for my setup
my seeds have turned up 2day and have gone straight into germ once germed they will be starting off their life in Rockwool under 18/6 and then into the aquafarm about a week after. iv got 3 seeds but I’m only going to grow 1 plant with a long veg and maybe try scrog haven’t really decided yet
I will be also useing canna nutes for the fist time---canna start,canna aqua vega,canna aqua flores and cana aqua boost.
I will also be using distilled water all the way through. i think that’s all i got to say for now i will upload regularly and try keep this thread up 2 date :weed:

I've got 5 GreenHouse SLH going right now all a week after eachother. Gotta say, my furthest one is *around 3 weeks into flower and when I touch it my fingers already have a strong lemon smell. I've got one thats about 4.5ft tall, and the others I kept in solo's longer and they are only about 2-3ft which is better for me. They grow tall fuckers though that's for sure man. SCROG it if your only doing 1, fill up the 3x3ft screen, you'll get a great yield

thanks for you advice mate i cant wait intill i can walk in my room and smell the sweet lemon smell lol and yea iv read a few journals with slh and it looks like a really good plant for a scrog. i'm leaning more that way at the moment anyway i'll just see if it all goes to plan first:mrgreen:any pics of your ladys bro:peace:

Ok Mrgreen i'm on here with you any probs post them up and if i can i'll help you out my experience with hydro is limited (except coco which is also hydro) BUT i have gained quite a bit of knowledge in the 2 attempts that i have had before so keep calm and party on bach.

it's a nice smoke grew 1 last time got her late so flowered her pretty much straight away only gave 1 o but it's nice frosty gear good strength

nice bro eveyone got good things to say about exo cheese i'm definately going to try it soon..

right then my seed has germinated 2day (15sep) and has been put straight into a rockwool starter cube that's been soaked in 5.8 ph'd water over night all is going to plan so far..i will post some boring seedling pics as soon as she she sprouts lol i'm thinking a few days in the rockwool intill i can see roots forming and then straight into the aquafarm i'll keep you all posted:peace:

aquafarm is now all ready to go i'v drilled new holes and added an airstone to the reservoir and i'll be picking up some Canna Aqua Clay Pebbles in the next few days :peace:
