:o:o:shock: This " AUTO " is a giant and having trouble keeping height under control.

CRAZY MISS HYDE ( Samsara Seeds ) - Hybrid 70/30 ( indica - sativa )
This plant is day 72 from seed pop ( preflowers appeared Day 52 ) on its own WITHOUT flip.
This AUTO has been 18/6 from start. It "VEGGED " for 8 weeks , which never happened with my autos.
I harvested 2 plants already (70 days ) from start to finish and this bitch is on steroids.

Once it produced preflower ,( Day 52 ) I moved to 12/12 and it's by itself. It continues to stretch and has added 5" in 2 days. It is 50" tall today. >>>>>>>>>> I increased the PK to maybe trick her to push the buds instead of stretch. It is in the lights and need to control. I am certain it is more sativa ( obviously than what breeder stated ) it has the typical APICAL Dominant shape. There are tons of Budsites
But need suggestions for vertical issue -
Stem is rigid and about as thick as your finger . I don't want to pinch or crop ( if it adds stress at this stage ) it's been flowering for 22 days / 72 days total LIFE from seed.

Just a reminder , it's an AUTO STRAIN that flowered on its own ( without change ) but exhibits extreme
Sativa growth and NOT the typical Ruderalis characteristics.

Thanks

Its just a real super auto like the ones back like almost 10 years ago .....chaze, nirvana sky just to name a few prolly be chopping around week 17-18 depending on your lighting .... you could try to lst it slowly like just add some pressure over a week or so even if its woody you can still slowly move it ..... a dowel rod / bamboo stake stuck through the upper part of the pot sideways would give you a tie down point further away from the pot or just tie it down to something else in the grow room.. what about angleing the pot for a couple days and make it bend sideways to the light and then tie it down and stand it back upright :p

Im looking at ALL OPTIONS for this problem , the upper 12" - 14" is a bit more flexible than lower stalk. I was thinking about maybe LST that TOP but I want that to be as big as I can get it , so I'm to torn on what to do. I did a COLD WATER Shock to it's watering yesterday and has not stretched AS much , maybe and 1 1/2 ".

I heard this helps a bit. That idea about the tilt is something to try . And it would start angling ITSELF to the lights.
