Sunlight vs. Grow Lights

Im posting this thread because i just started my first plants ever. 18 in total. i have no choice but to do them in my window. But thats only for like a month or so until i will put them outside. I know it can be done well this way. they get probably 10 hours of good sunlight in the window. and on warm days im gonna put them outside after they start to pop up. But basically what i want to know is what issues i could have because i have no lights. And ways to help the plants along until i can permanently put them outside. But, i will have to say. The best homegrown maine "where i live" greenbud ive smoked has come from growing with natural sunlight. But. please. Post.

10 hrs of light isnt enough for veg, but as long as the sunlight is bright enough through the window, you should be okay until they can go outside.
