suggestions for an oscillating fan

I plan to buy a 3x3 tent (secret jardin) and was wondering what type of oscillating fan would you guys recommend?

i read online that those clip in fans break easily so i was in the market of buying a tower fan to put in the corner

i plan to only do a 1-2 plant grow (scrog, lst, or whatever) so i would have lots of space to put in the tower fan

any suggestions? (preferably from amazon)

noise isn't an issue but my main concern would be the fan's lifespan

I use a standard 12" oscillating fan mounted on a shelf in my grow.

I bought it from a local DIY store for about £15.

So far its lasted around 4 years.

The one I linked pivots you can set it on the floor and point it up. There's another at that vendor that is meant to clip on a tent pole.

I went went to lowes and bought the cheapest pedestal fan ( I had to assemble) that osciallated and it worked for a few years for 10 or 15 dollars get 4 years out of 15 bucks you cant go wrong if you run a carbon filter and fan in tent buy a elbow to it fan and use that for air movement.

I have a small clip on that has lasted a few years, it doesn't oscillate though.

Saw a thread on here where someone mounted a small wall mount fan on schedule 40 pvc electrical condiut. I think it was 1/2" but maybe 3/4" it slides right over the tent pole, cut it to length, then slip this fitting on it, and screw the wall mount to the fitting.

Just bought my 12" oscillator at wally world for 13.99, bought 2 even(needed one in the bedroom)

The last 2 18" stand fans I bought at home Depot for 10$ a piece lasted me 6 years each, and I left them on 24/7, the only time they were off was too clean, or when the power went off.

Those cheap fans last, and do the job.

here is the best fan i have found
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00873CICA/

2 points of movement ........side to side and up/down

the only other system to beat this is much more complex to build but it gets air movement in 320 angle and would need to be hanged to be most effective

For others here that can use a wall mounted fan buying the ones from hydro shops is rediculous. Very over priced. Get a flag pole mount from Lowes for about $10-12 and one of the cheap fans from Walmart. Cut the shaft and slip into mount. I got so tired of spending $50 on wall mount fans and these last long enough and its only $15-20 per fan if need replaced.

Dude that's fucking ingenious. +rep all day. Do we still have +rep? No? Well fuck it, nice work.

I'm definitely gonna steal this idea in the future.
