Still waiting to save up some money for the rest of the equipment, but I do have a tent and carbon filter/ fan so far. 24”x24”x60” and a 6” ventech carbon filter/fan. It’s too big to hang and hang the light I intend on getting so is there any reason why I can’t have it outside of the tent and blow out of the filter? Most pics I’ve seen it’s sucking air in and I don’t wanna fuck up the filter by blowing out. If not I’ll MacGyver the sumbitch to fit lol. Also if I grew one auto ( don’t throw stones just trying to get my feet wet here) what’s the biggest pot size I can use for her? It’s gonna be gorilla glue auto by fastbuds, seed supreme says the yield is lower but the quality is top notch so I wanna get the most out of this tiny tent

You want to pull air through the filter. If you mount it outside of the tent that's fine as long as air is pulled through. I don't run nor have I ever ran autos but nothing wrong if you want to run them. 5 gallon would be the max pot size anything beyond that it won't utilize all the nutrients and space available beyond that. Quality and quantity is is grower dependant so the better you rock them the better your end result. Just don't live them too much.

Sorry im up from a nap an deleted my post thinking I was in wrong thread. #5 and #7 pots are 12" diameter if im not mistaken. That puts your pots edge to efe on two walls. And leave 6" on either side. Thats not alot of room. I would suggest a #5 and a couple #3's or just #3's. Just buy an extra 8' piece of venting and you can get your exhaust however you want.

What if I hang the filter inside, hook the ducting up to my lights hood, then having it go out to the fan? 5 gallon was what I was thinking too, from the plants I’ve seen in them it’s probably fill out the small space perfectly. Once I get acclimated I’ll make the switch to photos, but just to get my hands on experience at first autos seem to be a pretty good idea especially with how quickly they grow, this gorilla glue auto claims to be done in 2 1/2 months :weed:

Yes you can filter inside and duct to the fan outside. Its a little louder, but we have to concede if we want to stay on our budgets. Make sure you leave enough slack in the ducting to lower your lights.
