Sudden change: dark green to lime green/yellow leaves and stunted growth

I'm growing 5 different plants(3 strains: 2xSour Diesel, 2x King Louie, 1xG.W. Kush.
I have them on a 18/6 light schedule, Because I don't have money for great big lights now they are under plant/aquarium t8 lights. Luckily im in Southern California so I pop them outside for as many available hours as I can. Temps are all pretty moderate. Right around 72 degrees(almost in winter hahahaha) They are in amended soil. They were grown from clone in rockwool and are in total right around 2 months old. All in 5 gallon smartpots. They just started their nutrient schedule using foxfarm growbig and big bloom. They have been doing absolutely great. I water about 1 gallon every 3 days or so. feed every other watering. the 2 king louies and the GW were topped. Yesterday dropped to about 60 degrees during midday so I decided to keep them in the tent. Came back after staying a way for a day and all the new growth looks awfully sad. Im leaning towards a nute overload but I can't help shake the feeling it might be stunted roots as thats what seem to be a problem when I got them from the cloner. Also, I had dealt with a pm issue which I think solved but there is some left residue from the baking soda spray. IMG_6584.JPG IMG_6585.JPG IMG_6584.JPG IMG_6585.JPG IMG_6587.JPG
