I've run Jillybean and Cheese Quake. Jillybean was a nice plant, that smelled great .... but that was about it. No flavor, and below average potency. Cheese Quake I've had in my rotation for a while now. I really like it, and more importantly my patients like it as well.

All in all I think TGA is just average. I've grown and smoked stuff that is superior to TGA (Sannies, Bodhi, Mr Nice, Serious Seeds). He seems to have a loyal following though.

For fucks sake, thank you. TGA gets old fast. So many better genetics out there that aren't so mediocre. Use to love Pandora's Box, got old after a couple months.

Watched a recent weed nerd episode and got covered in bull shit.. I don't know if it's people from Michigan or what but I have a hard time believing Subcool doesn't just bullshit people. I know his genetics are good but their just not great in my honest opinion.

It's nice to see opinions about Subcool other than what his fanboys write. His gear is average but he's a great marketer. Personally I think everything that comes out of his mouth is an advertisement in one form or another.

I also like watching FarmerJohn420's vids. Too bad he recently hooked up with Subcool and is one of his minions now.

His genetics are better than just decent. If you watch his show or any of his "minions" than you know the proof is there. Trichome production, yield and bag appeal. Most of the posts on here sound like haters anyway hanging on the 2 % of the peoples nuts whoe might have some ground to stand on.

hey i love me a subcool winning pheno. I've ran more subcool strains than i can remember now. HE GOT HUGE in michigan when this medical thing popped off. up at the GC3 it smelled like the tropicana factory for MONTHS. everyones weed tastes like some oranges in one way or another.

a few people including myself dug out a really nice pheno of a strain or 2 and they are going strong all over.

not many people will bring his genetics into question and if they do they just are salty about the unstableness probably.


That being said.... i stand behind my statement. that video and every other subcool video I've seen is awkward as fuck. feels like a fuckin paid advertisement late at night.

and if you can't see that you mighta taken a shot in the eye 1 too many times by the submeister!

in subs defense hes 1000% cooler than arjan. that dudes videos make me wanna bash my face into a wall.

My main issue with SUbs stuff is that you can buy a pack of ten and get nothing but crap phenos. They smell good, but the taste and high are weak and not worth the cash.
Maybe some pink plushberry, but thats about it.

I've been thankful for the vids that guys like Sub and Arjan have made, as I've found them both informative, and entertaining, to watch.

I think they've helped a lot of people see the many different approaches to cannabis cultivation, and how diverse cannabis can be throughout the world. One can have personal reasons to dislike their business approach, or their seeds, but you can't take away their legitimate contributions to the cannabis community.

sometimes one can wrap up advertising in what seems like informative packaging so people feel good about spending their money with you.

I think this has been TGA's knock all along........and Sub has even mentioned it in articles........he's breeds for taste and smell first and then the high. Maybe it's changed lately, but it was exactly like that a few years ago. I don't bother with his stuff anymore.
