For the first couple days of my seedlings life I had weak lights too far away from the tops of my plants. My plants are now 17 days old but are very small even though I have replaced my not so good lights for about 80W worth of CFL's. The CFL's have been inside the box for over a week. Is it possible that my plants will bounce back to a regular growth rate? The pics I have were taken today.
