Stunted growth... is this K deficiency due to high pH?

Hey everyone, I had a question for you. I just started a grow in my new tent, and I am having an issue with my young plants, and even a clone. I am using the same organic potting soil from my local garden store that I have used before, mixed with 15% perlite.

1) My Purple Wreck seedlings are sucking balls. I planted these in rockwool on January 6th. They should be WAY bigger by now. The leaves are now turning yellow, and some are dying.

2) My Vortex clone is doing well, but its well-rooted clone is now yellowing badly.

3) My Purple Erkle clone is doing pretty crappy, as well.

4) My GDP teen (trimmer her down to equalize height for flowering down the road) is coming along nicely.

I have been struggling with this crap for the past week.

My cab humidity is at 50%, temp is 75ºF, and they are under brand new (as of 3 days ago) 24w 6500k fluros x4. I did test the soil last night, and the pH was around 7.5... which seemed really high

I added some aluminum sulfate (tiny amount) and that brought the pH back down to around 6.8. Will this fix my issues? Is this condition consistent with high pH? My best guess is that it is a K deficiency from high pH. Am i way off base here?

Thanks in advance, dudes!
