Budda growing pot

Started grow: as absolute noob!!!! (from bag seed) bought what I could from Lowe'S...trying to harvest by christmas. growing with cfl's from lowes("X employee") my question to the quru"s on this site. What will happen if i try to harvest my bud after all the problems a noob can manifest.!!
My plants are WAYYY behind/stunted. I have to leave for 2 +1/2 weeks for "family time" over 'the holidays' and I decided to put my girls on 12/12 b/c because i would rather have blunt's worth, than a dead crop [i'm worried about ppl stealing b/c my neighbors know i'm growing and they are shady...(college town+ low budget.)]
I will have to harvest at bout 7 weeks. i know this is too early but i have to accept it b/c my family will (for sure) be coming with me when i get home!
I am going to risk something for when they get home by trying to dry me girls in the basement...(my housemate might find them b/c the laundry is in the basement)
does anybody know what will happen when you try to flower stunted plants too early? ?
this is my first grow [on a whim ( check my sig for details)] and i'm strapped for cash, and new seeds. i'm worried about using my CC for new seeds [but i really want to get some legit one's from tha EU] cuz my cousin does backround checks and has advised me against it.
