Stunted growth, crispy brittle Leaf tips. Help

My plant hasnt been growing upward in about two weeks now, leaves just have been getting bigger.
He was rootbound earlier stage, leaves are getting crispy and brittle, but we did have a male in there for awhile :s
Whats wrong

Do you check your ph before watering? If not it may be a lock out.

I havent been able to find a ph meter. What is a lock out ?

lock out is when your plants cant get the nutes they need cuz the roots can no longer absorb it due to PH being too far off in one way or another, a PH mete is a must mate, ebay that shit can get em quite cheap now

hes rootbound again.

preflowers, and you need to transplant to a bigger pot if you want to harvest anything decent.
