Strong wind or light breeze

hi ppl
at the moment im using the fastest setting on my fan. Then i was browsing on this site when i came a cross a thread that says light wind(breeze) could some 1 please confirm this 2 me. thanks

yes you want a light breeze to osilate over your plant(s) to strengthen the stem.

do not blow air directly at the plant at high settings..

from the breeze. any stronger you'll stress them, they may die. but they should shake slightly from your low setting
