Are your plants from seed or clones? seeds can have mixed phenos.

Any light leeks into the slower plants? And if so what type of light and how far?

All I can think of right now.

sorry, have to say it.
sure it's not a male?
stringy "buds" with no smell might be pollen sacks..?

Dude I think that those "stringy ones" look like they aren't as mature, I would just give them a little longer. They might be getting less light, they might be slower to produce by genetics alone. Did you buy these seeds or did a friend give them to you? If you bought them, this is a clear difference in phenotype. but still nothing to be alarmed about. Just give it time grasshopper!

the second two look like Don Juan

and it is typical for some pot to smell like fresh grass during the first week or so after harvest...... which reminds me..... time for me to get trimming

Here are some pics of the buds..the first two are the good ones..second are the weird ones...let me know guys..I can take different pics if necessary..thanks
Having to really squint as those pics aren't uber close up, but I would swear I see spider mites/mite eaten leaves. That would definitely stunt the growth.
Have you checked?
