From the looks of it they look kind of root bound you might want to transfer into a larger container.

without knowing anything about your plants we cant figure out whats wrong

but go get some real pots, they cost like 60 cents at a gardening center, your red solo cups, and clear plastic bottles are a big no no, plants roots = love dark. youre allowing light in by using homemade pots like that

I water them when they feel like they weigh as much as dry soil, the drainage isn't great though so it can be as long as a week. I fed with miracle grow at half strength once.

Please don't take offence as I can sometimes be a little blunt, its not personal... but head wall and hit feel appropriate!
