I would recommend pulling your main stems down to one side and tie them off. I did quite a bit of bending and tying throughout flowering to try and maintain a flatter canopy. In your case its a necessity.

Yeah if you're wondering if 1 foot is enough it isn't. I like to break the top 1 foot from the top of the plant and let it heal if I want to maintain mobility. Do not just grab it and break it, lol, youtube that before doing it as while easy you need to understand. Then I tie down the top, shoots and etc to fatten up as many as I can.

Is it just genetics of the plant because as you can see the plant on the far left is perfect, tieing the main stems off is a good idea but if it can be avoided next time that would be great.

Just another question hope you dont mind, can you explain to me why negative pressure is so important in side the grow tent thanks :)

Ah, negative pressure! Bane of my grow, and enemy of temperature control.

Briefly, negative pressure is important for two main reasons:

It PULLS fresh air and co2 (that shit dumbass plants breathe) into your tent.
It ensures no smell leaks, as all air should be drawn in through your carbon filter.

In a nutshell, there ya go!

Took me a while to get proper negative pressure, as was really struggling with temps in my tent, so was having too many intakes open, and even tent door open sometimes. Luckily, plants were only just starting to flower, so didn't stank too bad. I've now had to go air cooled, and temps are good for now, but I will be investing in a bigger fan/filter combo for the warmer months, or run the air cooled reflector on a separate fan system. I now have just a single intake duct, and check for negative pressure all the time with string/feathers/smoke. Somewhat satisfying!

Hope that helped.

How are you finding the lights? Have you harvested with them before? They look intriguing, very tempted with led...

Ive got positive pressure in my grow tent but i think i should be fine cause i have a carbon filter and fan constantly recyclying the air in my tent and a co2 bag just wasnt sure if ther was any other reason for it thanks,

The lights are amazing i got 6 ounces of 4 autos in my last grow, this is my first grow with regular feminized, with the c02 and air being replaced my tent sits at 30 degrees celcius, the lights run so cool definetly worth the money, i just need to get better at maintaining a flatter canopy :)

Heres what i do to the main. Tie it over at a 90. Many ways to do it, this is just what i do. Take away apical dominance, you'll have so much bud you won't know what to do with yourself.
Nice i like the term apical dominance im a get onto it thanks, what would happen if i made a small break trying to get it on the 90° angle, i can see youve taken a lot of precaution with it? Thanks

Just do it slowly and steady mate, over the course of a few days if needs be. I had a bit of snap early on in one of mine. She's now budding hard at 8" tall!

How do you have positive pressure? So you have active intake? Is the tent swelling, with air rushing out of the vents? Try in get negative if you can, it will help with cooling, maybe look into bigger extraction. Plants will thank you for it, as will anyone with a sense of smell living nearby

Yeahh tent is swelling , I had my extraction fan hooked up to my carbon filter extracting air out of the tent into a room but i could still smell it hecktic in the room so i had to stop that i think the carbon filter i brought was crap, so now i just have the extraction fan hooked up to the carbon filter extracting it from the top of my tent and re intaking it into the bottom of the tent, with a oscilating fan nere the front blowing air in i just zip my tent down to the level of the fan like the above picture it smells a lot better than exhausting into the room

And i tapped most of the vents up so its not rushing out but slowly leaking out than all i did is at 2 of these scent cans that relase a spray every 8 minutes nere the front of the room

To help avoid stretching you should always pull the highest cola below the rest of the canopy, it helps to create more colas so your plant doesnt put all the energy into one.
